The apartment is extremely close (5 mins walk) to the foot of the superb Sacre Coeur, which may be seen from the bathroom window lit up at night in all its splendour.

Gare du Nord is a 12 minute walk away and I walked to the Louvre in 40 minutes, but excellent Metro links mean you can be in the centre of town very quickly.
We had all the amenities we could require. It enjoys stunning views across the Paris skyline, and two separate balconies with plenty of space to sit out for a morning coffee, lunch, or al fresco dinner or glass of wine!

It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. There is also a launderette further down the street. Throughout our stay Martine responded very promptly to any enquiries, and even kindly allowed us to stay until way beyond check-out until shortly before our evening train, as we were her last guests before Christmas. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. Even if the price of the night seems high to you, do not hesitate because having breakfast, aperitif or dinner on the small terrace while contemplating the Eiffel Tower does not priceless!
